In addition to handling appeals, our firm can add value to all phases of litigation to the busy trial lawyer. We can assist trial lawyers in pre-suit case evaluation, drafts of summary judgment and other case dispositive motions, drafts of the jury charge, and handling of the charge conference at trial. After trial, we can assist in judgment formation and enforcement, post-trial motions, and findings of fact and conclusions of law.
