Client was indicted for her involvement in a drug conspiracy.  The preliminary sentencing guideline estimate demonstrated a sentencing range of over 30 years.  Many indicted co-conspirators in the case were handed life sentences.  Our firm was able to procure dismissal of the charges over the Government’s objection.

Our firm was retained by an accounting firm that was sued for professional malpractice.  The plaintiff was represented by a nationally-known law firm.  The plaintiff was seeking more than seven figures in damages.  Our firm was able to procure a dismissal with prejudice from the plaintiff’s firm without any payment in settlement.

Our firm was retained by an attorney who was sued in a large-scale adversary proceeding in bankruptcy court.  The plaintiff’s counsel was a nationally-known expert in bankruptcy practice.  On behalf of our client, we were able to procure a dismissal with prejudice to refiling without any monies paid in settlement.
